How is this different from JobTread / Service Titan / Housecall Pro?+
Those are full job-management platforms — great if you're running a 20-truck operation. Quazlow is for the 1–5 person crew that just needs to send great proposals without spending evenings at the laptop.
Does the AI actually understand HVAC?+
Yes. Our extraction prompt was tuned with HVAC contractors. It recognizes tonnage, refrigerant types, SEER ratings, ECM vs PSC motors, capacitor MFD values, contactor amperage — the vocabulary you actually use on the job.
What if the AI gets a price wrong?+
You review every line item before sending. The AI matches against YOUR pricebook — not a generic catalog — so prices are always yours. Line items below 70% match confidence are flagged in yellow so you can't miss them.
Can I edit the proposal before sending?+
Of course. Tap any line item to change quantity, price, or swap to a different pricebook item. Tap the scope text to rewrite it. Nothing goes out without your approval.
What about my pricebook?+
You bring it in once — type it, import a CSV, or start from our 116-item HVAC starter pack. Update prices anytime in Settings.
Does the customer need to install an app?+
No. They get an email + SMS link. They open it on their phone or laptop, tap Accept, type their name, done. No app, no account, no signup.
How long does it take to generate a proposal?+
About 30 seconds end-to-end: 10 seconds of transcription (Whisper), 10–15 seconds of AI extraction (Claude), 2–3 seconds to render the PDF.

Is my data private?+
